Hello, I’m Christian! I am the man behind Sevarc Software and this is my portfolio.
I am a Programmer I at AAON on the SMT line where I program robots to automate our SMT Line.
AAON
2024 – Current
AAON is a commercial HVAC manufacturer. As of 2024 they opened up a new division for their Surface Mount Technology (SMT) to produce their own PCBs in house. I was hired on to help automate the line to make it lights off or otherwise little to no human intervention. I have worked with technologies and machines that produce our PCBs like the JUKI LX-8 and JM-50, selective solder solutions like Pillarhouse and Ersa, and AOIs like Cyberoptics and Keyence. My main machine that I was given complete ownership of was the Essegi ISM Ultraflex 3600, our storage solution for our reels of components. I have also been certified by Univeral Robots to operate and program their cobots where I have used our UR3e to automate pick and place/palettizing work like automatically catching PCBs out of the Aquastorm 200 and placing them on trays to be sent to the depanelizer.
Oracle
2022 – 2024
Oracle (previously Cerner Corporation) is a healthcare technologies company where they deliver both software and hardware for clinicians. Before and after the merger with Oracle I worked with the Chart Review organization on the PowerChart and Information Exchange team. I am responsible for writing/maintaining and managing code for new and upgraded solutions in accordance with our client’s technical specifications. I make enhancements to existing software, participate in code reviews, and identify moderate issues from best practices, collaborate on component level technical designs, own and assist others in debugging and documenting root cause analysis and resolutions. Automated testing processes using CI/CD Jenkins Pipelines. I identify process improvements at the org level to support operations and development ecosystem, provide software release support in-house as well as client-side.
Cerner Corporation
2019 – 2022
Cerner Corporation is a healthcare technologies company where they deliver both software and hardware for clinicians. I worked with the Application Framework team where I modified the existing codebase to add or enhance functionality of the Power Chart Touch mobile suite. What I worked on was an enter key function for faster data entry, setting up default values for the react version of the application, created consistent loading themes though the whole app, and made 2 master test fixes. I worked on one epic while there as an intern and it was to add application support for different image file types like TIFF, GIF, and PNG to the gallery part of the application.
1806 S.W.A.T.
2016 – 2020
When I was in high school I joined a robotics team as a programmer for our robot. This is where my love for technology really sparked. My team has gone to the World Championship every year (except for 2020 due to Covid-19). During my senior year we really needed a website and I had the most experience with SEO, web design and development. This allowed me to be the team lead for Media Web and Application Development. Our website is team1806.com and I designed and developed the entire website. It is coded in html, css, and javascript and runs with firebase as the backend hosting and nosql database.
